The two flows every fan can hit that weren't drawn yet. Without them, "no app needed" breaks the first time someone needs to cancel, and a bad call has nowhere to go. Both in the locked system; the report flow enforces the D9 reserve + D5 fault rules.
A — Report a call, and what happens next
One-tap report lives in the call dock (both sides). Reporting freezes that call's payout into review (funded by the reserve, D9) — so a fan remedy never requires clawing back a celeb.
