Three ways to open Pay Phone
Same locked brand (true black, gold coin, "Money talks. They actually pick up."), three genuinely different theses for the hero. Each keeps the stealth rule (no directory), and each is theme-aware, flip Dark/Light above. Pick one, or mix; I build the winner responsive and wire it in.
Direction A
The Dial Tone
Thesis: the phone is ringing and they pick up. Signature: a live gold receiver pulsing rings. Type: a monster condensed uppercase for MONEY TALKS, operator-switchboard energy. Best if you want the homepage to feel alive and unmistakably telephony.
Live 1:1 video with people who don't pick up for anyone. No directory. A payphone is a private link, and you get it from the person it belongs to.

Direction B
Money Talks, the ticker
Thesis: the transaction is the product; money is the hero. Signature: a live earnings ticker in tabular mono. Type: mono for every figure, tight sans for the statement. Best if you want the homepage to sell the money reality, creators earning right now, without a public directory (names anonymized to initials).
Live 1:1 video calls with people who don't pick up for anyone. Set your price, open your line, keep 80% the second you hang up.

Direction C
The Private Line
Thesis: exclusivity, the link is the whole product, and you either have one or you don't. Signature: a single input for your link, acres of negative space. Type: a light, wide display; whispered, velvet-rope. Best if you want stealth to feel like status, not absence.

How these were made: ran the frontend-design skill, one design plan per direction (palette / type role / layout / one signature element), each checked against the "does this read as a templated default" test before building, and each designed in both themes (light is a considered warm-paper palette, not an inversion). The brand stays locked (black + gold coin + "Money talks"); what changes is the hero's thesis, the type treatment, and the signature. All three honor the stealth rule and animate only where it earns its place (reduced-motion respected). Nothing is wired in. Tell me the winner and I build it responsive, run it through mobile-design, and swap it into the live homepage.
