Where every button goes
Join the phone book
Writes the opt-in → the "You're in" confirmation (screen 2). Guests join with just an email; if that email ever books, their tag flips to Paid automatically.
Book a call now
→ the star's booking flow — on mobile it scrolls you to Pick a length / Pick a time on the same page; on desktop it's the booking panel on the right. Same flow that exists today.
● Tell them you're live
→ Go live (the on-air stage). Your camera opens, and the ring to your phone book fires automatically the moment your line is actually open — never before the camera works. Already live? It re-rings the book once, rate-limited to one ring per live session so nobody gets spammed.
✦ Send a promo
→ the compose (bottom sheet on phone, modal on web): message + audience → Send. Until the messaging vendor is switched on, it saves as a draft in your phone book card, clearly labeled — it never pretends it sent.

How it works under the hood: joining writes an opt-in row (star + fan + when + source). "Paid vs list" is derived — if the fan has ever completed a call with that star, they're Paid; otherwise On the list. Going live fires the auto-ring; a promo is a compose-and-send. The list, the tags, the studio + admin views are all buildable now — the actual text/email send flips on with a messaging vendor (same swap-by-key pattern as Stripe; drafts until then). Nothing here is built yet. Approve it and I'll build mobile + web together and send screenshots to QA.
