How a stranger-to-stranger video call stays safe for both people

Both sides are identified

Fans book with a verified payment method, phone, and email. Talent claims payphones through their own management and is phone-verified. Nobody on a Pay Phone call is anonymous.

Every call is recorded

Both parties consent at booking. Recordings protect the fan (proof it was really them) and the talent (proof of what happened). Fans receive their copy; talent keeps a private archive; Pay Phone retains recordings for 90 days for dispute and safety review.

Live monitoring

Calls are screened by automated systems for nudity, sexual content, and threats. High-confidence violations blank the offender's video and can end the call in seconds. A human reviews every flag and every report, with the recording and a second-by-second join log on hand.

One-tap report, both directions

The Report control sits in the call dock for fan and talent alike. Reporting ends nothing by itself; ending the call is always also one tap away. Reports jump the review queue with a 2-hour response target.

The conduct payphone

• Harassment, threats, hate, sexual conduct, or soliciting contact off-platform ends the call.
• A fan removed for conduct forfeits payment and the account; the talent is still paid in full.
• Talent who violates conduct rules is refunded against and can lose the payphone.
• Nobody under 18, on either side of the call.
